Gypsum rotary dryer working principle:
Gypsum is fed into the innermost cylinder by feeding unit to rotate clockwise and get dried. Uplifted constantly by innermost lifting blades,the materials move spiral forward to achieve heat exchange. Gypsum moves to the middle layer when it moves to the innermost end to get anticlockwise drying. Materials are continuously lifted up in middle layer with travel model like two steps forward while one step backward,which has advantages of sufficient heat exchange from both innermost layer and middle layer,prolonging drying period to get final drying status. Materials move to outer layer after travelling to middle end. Materials move inside this layer in a rectangular and multiloop way.
Final drying materials are quickly discharged by hot wind.While half drying materials fails quick move due to its weight except sufficient drying inside it. Thus final drying process comes to its end.
