Processing materials:Clinker,Gypsum,Fly AsHDaily running time:20 hoursCapacity:75T/H
Main Machinery:Primary Crusher, dryer, Cement Mill, Bag Filter, Powder Separator,Belt Conveyor ,Chain Conveyor and other equipment.
The supply of equipment for the project will be entirely on turnkey basis
covering following major core equipment:
- Weigh Bridges
- Belt Conveyors
- Bucket Elevators
- Mill Feed Hoppers
- Weigh Feeders
- Ball Mill Circuit for Cement Grinding with provision for future integration
of Roller Press.
- Cyclones.
- Fully automatic Packer and Truck Loaders
- Necessary Pollution Control Equipments like Bag House / Bag Filters.
- Compressor House (including compressors and dryers) and distribution
of compressed air including instrument air.
- Process & Plant Water Distribution System with water treatment plant.
- Sewage treatment plant.
- Fire Safety & Hydrant system wherever required as per standard.
- Lightning arresters and earthing arrangement.
1 Clinker Handling & Storage
Clinker will reach to the proposed grinding unit site by road, and will be unloaded manually in the Clinker storage yard / shed. A Clinker storage yard
having the capacity of 10,000 MT has been considered for Clinker storage. Below the clinker shed, a belt conveyor is provided in the tunnel. Clinker will
be extracted to this conveyor by means of small hoppers below the storage shed. Just after the shed, the clinker will be transferred to another conveyor.
This conveyor shall come out of tunnel and shall transport the clinker to Cement mill hoppers using a set of belt conveyors.
2 Gypsum / Limestone Storage
Gypsum received by road shall be unloaded at Gypsum shed manually and pay-loaders will be used to prepare the 1700T gypsum stockpile. The same
shed will be used for 200T stockpile of Limestone. Gypsum & Limestone will be reclaimed by the pay loaders and fed to a ground hopper. A belt conveyor is provided below this hopper which will be the same belt which is conveying the clinker as both the Gypsum shed and clinker shed will be adjacent to each other. This belt conveyor feeding to
cement mill hoppers will have enough capacity to fill all the cement mill
3. hoppers as per the requirement of all three materials.
The Gypsum & Limestone will have Ultra high molecular density liners in the conical portions with air blasters for better flow ability due to high moisture.
Dry Fly-ash will be received at site by bulk tankers or bouzers which will be unloaded pneumatically in the Fly-ash RCC silo.
4. Fly-ash will be extracted from the silo and fed to the Cement mill feed bin,using a set of Air-slides & Bucket Elevator. This mill feed bin will be located in the cement mill building itself and the Fly-ash will be fed to cement mill circuit from the bin as per requirement. The fly-ash bin will have a provision to feed at Ball mill inlet as well as outlet.
4. Feeding to Cement Mill Building and Cement Grinding Circuit
A close circuit Ball Mill system has been considered for grinding of cement with a provision for integration of roller press system in the circuit. Materials like clinker, gypsum & limestone will be conveyed to the Cement Mill building from Cement Mill Hoppers using set of Belt Conveyors and Bucket Elevator. Fly-ash bin will be in the Cement Mill building itself, which will be fed from the Fly-ash silo. A provision for integration in the future Roller press will be kept for capacity enhancement. All the storages, material handling systems and pollution control equipment shall be designed as per the future requirement after roller press integration in the circuit.
5 Cement Storage
Three (3) RCC construction Cement silos have been envisaged, each having a capacity of 1500 MT for OPC, PPC & PLC. The cement is transported to the Cement Storage Silos, using a set of Air Slides and Bucket Elevator from the cement mill building. Cement shall be extracted from cement silos through shut off gates, pneumatic gates and dosing valves to feed bin and transported to packing plant bucket elevators using a set of air slides. Suitably sized bag filters shall be used for venting of the cement silos.
6 Packing and Dispatch
The cement shall be packed by using one electronic packer having capacity of 90 TPH capacity (6 spout single discharge), and filling bags of 50 Kg.
There will be 2 separate bins on top of the packers, one for PPC & one for OPC/PLC. Packed bags shall be transported by a belt conveyor coming from packers to
2 automatic truck loading lines available for packed bag loading in trucks. Two truck loaders shall be provided so that the continuous loading of cement in the trucks is ensured. The accuracy of the packer machine should be minimum ±100 gm for every bag.
